Terms and Conditions
We really do want to give you your gift as a thank you, but as you'll appreciate, there have to be some terms and conditions for this to work. This scheme is designed for customers of Cafe Azzurro, but no purchase is necessary in order to recommend a referral.
1. Your referral must be made IN WRITING either by post to Cafe Azzurro Services, P O Box 2438, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 4FZ, or by email to referrals@cafe-azzurro.com. For your own peace of mind, please phone 0843 216 2126 to check that the referral has been received.
2. Your referral must NOT be given verbally to any member of our staff. Why don't you try "so and so" may be good advice but does not constitute a referral.
3. Your referral will be invalid if it is for an existing Cafe Azzurro customer, or if we have had any sales contact with them in the past 12 months.
4. You will be eligible for a gift if all of the above criteria has been met and your referral either purchases or leases a drinks machine, vending machine or water cooler from us at our standard list price. Referrals which result in a sale of a Domestic Appliance are welcome BUT ARE NOT PART OF THE REFERRAL INCENTIVE SCHEME. Your gift will be forwarded within one month of the equipment being installed and Cafe Azzurro receiving payment. Gifts may be awarded where the referral has received a discount , but at the sole discretion of Cafe Azzurro Services
5. Employees of Cafe Azzurro Services, or DeeperBLUE (UK) Limited and their families are ineligible for the Referral Incentive Scheme.
6. You referral will be invalid if your referral contacts us before your referral is received.
7. You will receive one gift voucher for each qualifying piece of equipment sold or leased. The voucher may be exchanged for any Silver gift. You may choose to save your voucher to put towards a Gold gift (2 referrals) or a Platinum gift (3 referrals).
8. If someone you refers has additional qualifying pieces of equipment installed within six months of the date of referral, these will also qualify for a voucher.
9. The images of gifts shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The gifts are subject to change in the event that a participating partner is not able to supply the goods or services. We reserve the right to replace the gift with another of equivalent value.
10. If you and another person recommend the same person or company, we will reward you or the other person based on a first-come-first-serve basis

12. In the unlikely event of any dispute concerning the Cafe Azzurro Referral Incentive Scheme, the decision of Cafe Azzurro Services management is final.
13. This promotion expires at midnight on 31st December 2012.
